You've studied astrology for - how long? You know you love it, but try as you might, you just cannot seem to get past going back to the cookbooks. Not that the cookbooks are bad, but don't you wish you could feel as comfortable with that new chart as the speakers you saw at the last conference? Don't you wish that that technique you just learned worked as well in the chart that you used as it did in the example you read?
If you'd like to take your astrological knowledge past key words and cookbooks, then we are proud to present multiple choices for study in classical method. Study the basics, and then pick the advanced courses of your choosing.
Lee teaches primarily at Kepler College. In her private courses, she takes that experience in cutting edge on-line instruction technology and applies it to a less academic and more practical setting. Her take on adult education? Strictly business! She won't waste your time on exercises that don't teach you how to do the method she is presenting. And that is the purpose of a teacher, after all - not to impress you, not to overwhelm you - but to give you an introduction to the material in a way that you leave the course better educated - which means not only knowing more about the material, but being able to ask questions, and explore more on your own.

CS 101: Beginning Classical Natal Astrology
The basics of classical delineation: dignities, temperament, and how to meaningfully discuss happiness, financial planning, health, relationships and professional concerns over the life of the Native.
CS 102: Classical Studies in Horary
The basics of answering questions. Among the question types taught are relationships, legal, jobs, truth and rumors, real estate, and lost objects.
CS 201: Classical Studies in Electional
How to pick dates to take action: with respect to relationships, defeating an opponent, jobs, real estate, medical procedures, setting up a corporation, journeys, and beginning an educational program.
CS 202: Classical Mundane Astrology
The major classical Mundane techniques: major conjunctions, eclipses, lunations, and ingresses. We then integrate them into a modern synthesis which includes locational astrology and charts for mundane entities such as countries.
CS 203: Classical Astro-Meteorology
Whether through the omens of the Babylonians, the natural philosophical concepts of Aristotle, the lunaria of the Middle Ages, the idea of understanding weather and weather prediction continued to engage many minds. In this course, our primary text is the 17th c. opus on the subject by John Goad - but his work was considerably enlightened by the earlier work of Kepler and others.
CS 301: Classical Studies in Medical Astrology
This Course teaches how to develop a life strategy for wellness, as well as how to interpret the course of a disease once manifested, and what susceptibilities to discuss with the Native.
CS 302: Classical Studies in Gaming
The purpose of this Course is to teach not only the concepts of contest or warfare astrology, but to teach the research methods you will need to know in order to optimize your own model. Students will be provided with the Super Bowl data in the Microsoft Access database as a starting point, along with several sports data set chart files.
CS 303: Classical Studies in Horary - Advanced
We pick up where the basic course left off. Stocks, children, conflict, more on jobs, death, advanced topics, and just about everything but the meaning of life.
Legalese: Lee's courses are not substitutes for conventional university, college or vocational study, should you wish to acquire academic or legally-recognized credentials. At this time, the only two schools that cover astrological subjects in the United States that are recognized by governmental licensing or authorization that Lee is aware of are Kepler College, which presents astrology within the context of a liberal education on-line, leading to an AA, BA or MA degree; and Avalon School of Astrology, which is licensed as a post-secondary vocational school in the State of Florida. Lee teaches at both of these institutions. There is a much larger overlap between Lee's courses and the subjects that she teaches at Avalon; Kepler College's academic requirements mandate a different style of teaching. Avalon graduates may inquire about an accelerated completion program (and reduced fees) for Lee's stand-alone courses.
